DRALEXINOR Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number via email.
3. Securely package your items and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the authorization email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following the standard return procedure and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures you receive your exchange product in a timely manner.

Exceptions
